Former Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane says it’s time for Marcus Rashford to seek a new challenge at another club.
Reports earlier this week suggested the Red Devils were open to offers for the 27-year-old, with the report stating that the asking price would be just £40m, after a string of disappointing results.
The United boss will give Rashford and Garnacho a clean slate this week and consider picking both for Thursday’s crucial Carabao Cup quarter-final against Tottenham, but Keane believes the former would be better off leaving.
Joining another Premier League club appears unlikely but Rashford is believed to be open to a move abroad as he considers attempting to revive his career away from the Theatre of Dreams.
After missing the last game, Keane believes it is time for Rashford to leave the team to find a new challenge. But it will probably Promotion ufabet be playing abroad rather than staying in the Premier League.
“It doesn’t look good for him,” Keane told Ufabet Sports. “A move for Marcus would suit the player and give him a new challenge.”
“He has been in the team for a long time. When you play for a big club and you have the wrong attitude, it’s not good in the last period. Maybe it’s good to leave. He (Amorim) saw something he didn’t like.”
